It's a well known fact that the leading cause of death among teenagers is car accidents. While we can't deny our children the right to a driver's license, we CAN make sure we communicate openly and honestly with our teens about the importance of being safe behind the wheel.  A candid discussion about expectations and consequences can go a long way.  Our Safe Teen Driving Agreement takes parental involvement one step further in that we ask the parent to model safe driving practices and put it in writing!

We all know that our kids don't always do what we tell them to do, but often they do what we model in front of them.  If we want our kids to be safe behind the wheel, then we need to take our own behavior behind the wheel seriously and demonstrate the mindful practices we want to see our children display  when THEY are behind the wheel.

Our agreement gives you the information and questions you need to start having an effective dialog with your child. Expectations are clear and consequences are defined.
